「Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were wonderful, room was clean, aircon most welcome, nice strong shower, really great value for money and a convenient location with a bus stop right outside the hotel and a giant supermarket across the road. They have a microwave on-site for guests to use, which was handy as we were there for several nights. But when we did fancy takeout, they had a machine in the lobby to order from local restaurants, and the food was delivered to our room. Best thing...
「Clean and comfortable. Front desk is closed at night and there’s a self check in kiosk. The hotel entrance is gated and need security code to get in. Was a bit confusing first but once figured out it was fine. There’s a security guy roaming the property all night and he was helpful though didn’t speak English. I was able to communicate with my broken French and google translate. Small breakfast area. Went elsewhere for breakfast. 」

We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception.
We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！"
