Close to Futurocope

Big, clean hotel with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly but spoke limited English. Good selection for breakfast, but limited places to get a meal locally, and nothing available if you arrive late to check-in! 15 mins walk from Futuroscope (which is very much aimed at the French market).

Mi estancia en el Hotel Plaza Futuroscope dejó mucho que desear. Al llegar, me asignaron una habitación equivocada y, para mi sorpresa, cuando entré estaba ocupada por otra persona. Una situación muy incómoda y preocupante en cuanto a la seguridad y la gestión del hotel. Después me dieron otra habitación, pero al día siguiente ni siquiera hicieron la cama, algo básico que uno espera en cualquier alojamiento, y más aún en un hotel de esta categoría. En general, una experiencia muy poco profesional. La falta de organización fue evidente y el servicio no estuvo a la altura. No lo recomendaría y no volvería a hospedarme allí.

Hôtel qui ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles. Accueil décevant à l'arrivée, de plus nous n'avons pas été informé en amont que le restaurant était complet suite à la réservation sur 3 jours par une entreprise. Problème de mitigeur au niveau de la douche du coup eau trop chaude ou trop froide ( pas top pour mon enfant ) Chambre très confortable et propre. Petit déjeuner correct mais ce matin c'était compliqué car beaucoup de monde et pas forcément de place.

Etappe hotel ++

Etappe hotel naar zuiden. Moderne ruime kamers..nieuw aangekleed en zeer nieuwe nette badkamer ++ . Ornamenten in ijzer in publieke ruimtes in tune met Futuroscoop maar onverzorgd beter aankleden met planten overal in hotel. Zwembad zonder daglicht en koel ingericht ..fitness zonder halters..niet gezellig. Ontbijt niet zo uitgebreid en resto ietswat muffig. Ingang omgeving dringend nood aan opsmuk. Maar entree en algemene netheid hotel zeer goed.
