Great Wolf Lodge Concord
For kids there is a million things to do (for a price). But overall this was a clean, well run place. Staff was kind and helpful, rooms were clean, and always something to do as a family.

Omni Charlotte Hotel
We weren't there for long but that front desk staff was awesome, the valet folks were quick and professional and the room was very comfortable and nice.
