Excellent set-up - two large bedrooms with comfy king-sized beds, a nice living/sitting room and kitchen. The unit is right across the street from a nice small Mexican restaurant with good margaritas (if you arrive early for check-in). The owner/manager was in contact in case we needed anything, but all was perfect.

Quick trip

This house was a fabulous find for us! Owner was accomdating for an earlier than expected checkin and we could park and walk to everything.....! :) Easy drive to the Navy Base for exploration and all of the wonderful places and things that downtown Charleston has to offer!

2 couples for weekend away. King st is very walkable and on site parking definitely a plus 2 bedroom, 1 bath downstairs unit A was awesome. Well decorated. Everything you need is provided. Owner was easy to work with. We would return

Historic meets modern in good location

This apartment is a good fit for Charleston: quaint but updated with modern necessities. In addition to cleaning and nicely decorating, the management tends to details such as umbrellas next to the door, snacks and coffee in the kitchen, and toiletries in the bathrooms. The wifi was snappy, and we were able to connect the smart tv to our subscribed apps. The kitchen was fully outfitted for cooking, although we used it only for breakfasts. The location was just right. We walked easily to sightseeing spots and to stops for the free city bus service. We had planned to walk to King Street restaurants for dinner, but we found terrific restaurants even closer: Chubby Fish, Southbound and Kultura.

It was in a nice area. Unit was decent however. We where confused what unit we where in beings there is 4 units in the little complex. The dishes had dog hairs on them . Also for the price per night what you got was expensive.
