Staff was very kind and helpful, especially the maintenance guy. We had issues with the toilet valve and he came and fixed it right away. The room was not as pictured. I understand they will be doing a renovation. The dishwasher was taken out and boarded up. The cabinets were not in good shape, roaches were everywhere (the exterminator did come out and we also bought our own roach traps), the microwave was nasty, hole in ceiling, rugs very worn and stained, the elevator was not in use all week (we were on the 2nd floor), etc., etc. The price was good; however, we will think twice about staying at an Extended Stay America again.

The building is not maintained; the fixtures and furniture are run down; the front desk is not available for long stretches of time; a call to the front desk was rerouted to a corporate center - who could not connect me to the front desk staff. We had not one but two fire alarms during the late evening, with no information available during or after either event - just an "all clear" from the fire department.

We are pretty easy going when it comes to just a night stay while on roadtrips. But this wasn’t the best. I get that it’s an old building and didn’t expect much, but felt icky in surroundings, a lot of other guests smoke of all kinds everywhere, and then the roaches. We stayed but with caution.

Inexpensive, but comfortable room with mini-kitchen & seating area. "Breakfast" was coffee & muffins. Location is close to shopping & restaurants with relatively easy access to interstate highways. If you just need a place to sleep but with few other amenities, this inexpensive choice may suit your needs as it did mine.
