The front desk was rude and yelling at the Expedia employee on the phone .bad customer service the room was dirty and smell like marijuana people we’re hanging outside being loud. Don’t stay here the photos are not to be expected they are fake

The place was falling apart there were holes in the wall the room was missing a smoke detector the face on the microwave came off when you hit the button to use it the door was missing a screw there were roaches in the bathroom people walking through at all hours of the night being loud obviously on drugs would not recommend

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable my first night was awesome. Garbage needs to be done more often and house keeping left a huge bag of dirty something right outside my door along with an ice bucket. Pool needs lots of work hand rail isn’t even sturdy and a few other things needs repair. Second night noisy people had to have front desk take care of it not your fault some people shouldn’t be allowed in public.

We walked in to the room and walk right back out to turn in the keys. Guys selling drugs, women half naked, the room smelled like urine and mold. Completely disgusting and very unsafe.

Very poor and unsafe environment for travellers to be in. The rooms were in a very poor state not fit for travellers. No room phone to raise concerns with the front desk. There was illegal activity being conducted on the grounds and in the rooms throughout the day and night. Police attended and left with no improvement.

I do not recommend this hotel, pictures on website is not what u will get! The area is unsafe, a worker asked my husband if he wanted some drugs, the rooms where horrible we walked in and walked right out! Just spend a little extra money and get another hotel!

Wors place ever. Staff are not friendly at all. We were to the front desk ask for a new towel, they say they are sold out ... The ground of the room was dirty, as well as the shower, mould everywhere, presence of blates, and a smell of cigarettes and popers in the room. Feeling of insecurity throughout the night because of the noises around. Not recommended +++

The property was nothing like the photos on the Internet. Most troubling was the noise outside my door at night, and while the pillow and bed allowed for a good night's sleep, the look and feel of the hotel was ancient and badly in need of upgrades. For one night I can sleep almost anywhere, but I would think twice about having my family come with me.

The lock was coming unscrewed from the door. I had a screwdriver and fixed my door. The room had a smell. People running up and down noisy at night. I did not feel safe!!The refrigerator in my room worked great. The morning coffee was good

Scary place, ghetto is what they call it. Didn’t sleep all night due to people outside. Many people outside, smoking and hanging out. Worse experience ever. I arrive late night in town and pick this place without reading the reviews. It is not safe there.
