Very dilapidated property. Staff/owner was friendly but not helpful. Room had a bar of soap. Smelled like smoke. Nefarious surroundings. Curtains don’t block out light. Shower leaks. Tv would not turn on. The property presents like temporary homeless housing. Should be charging no more than 40-50 per night at most due to the run down nature of property.

Breakfast was nothing like the picture posted here. Probably 1/10 of it. This was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed at. They didn't have an ice machine, attendant said someone would bring some in 5-10 minutes, 20 minutes later now one had showed up. Ants and spiders in the room. The ceiling of the bathroom was collapsing and the tubs finish was almost entirely peeled off. People outside the room, including other guests, yelling and banging until all hours.

lights were broken in the room, shampoo bottles empty. We had a homeless man lay down in front of our door at midnight grunting and banging on the door until the police came and removed him. Did not feel safe.

The property was very nasty and the room was disgusting. It was dirty, very dirty too dirty for anyone to spend the night in. There were lots of people asking for a refund because they couldn't stand the activity in the parking lot as well. My bed was covered with bed bugs. The staff didn't seem to be surprised when I told them my bed has bed bugs.

We had to get a refund. Our key didn’t work, the property manager was too busy yelling on his phone to let us in our room for 15 minutes and there were roaches. Still waiting on the refund. The lady at the front desk was nice.

Place is revolting. Lobby closed. Restroom doesn’t work in lobby, all people stacked together so loud noises all night, fighting, yelling. Must only have been ten people in whole place and all squished in together, other 50 plus rooms empty. Never again. Gives Wyndham a terrible reputation. Worse than those old RED Roofs use to be
