The front desk staff (Rachel and Kay) failed to handle a guest dispute appropriately, exacerbating the situation rather than resolving it. After being instructed by Kay to cancel via a third party, I was wrongly charged $441.84 for a stay that was not permitted, along with a surprising extra $75 fee. The service here is highly discriminatory and unhelpful. Do not trust this establishment with your booking."
