"The entire hotel is very clean and maintained. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Our go to place to stay when in San Marcos."

"We arrived at the hotel at 11:00pm for checkin and there were about 5 families ahead of us who were also waiting to check in. The family that was first in line had already been waiting for 3 hours to check in. Needless to say, we left and found somewhere else to stay."

"When I checked in the clerk was veryfriendly. I walk with a cane and the original room was on the 2nd floor BUT she changed room witbout me even asking. And when checking out as I was coming in the gentleman behind the desk came out from behind the desk and ipened the door for me. BOTH acts were greatly appreciated."

"The breakfast and staff were the best thing about the property. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night with no explanation whatsoever. We found no fire or reason to evacuate so we though it was a one off. It wasn't and we were awakened again at 7am to the alarm and no fire. The condensation under the fridge had completely rotted the credenza beneath it and the whole room smelled wet when the compressor was running. The breakfast was good enough and the staff was very friendly, welcoming."

"Overall satisfied but room was hot upon arrival and hallway 2nd floor smelled musty."

"The pool was green. There were stains in the bathtub. The property is in desperate need of maintenance and repair. I will not be staying there again. "
