"This hotel is affordable, clean, nice staff and the hotel breakfast is ok, there is a fairly good selection of the typical buffet stuff. What was a downside for me was the parking, it is utterly atrocious. The lot is tiny and there is only one way into the space. Trying to navigate anything bigger than a smart car in that lot is a recipe for disaster. I also felt frustrated because when searching for a hotel on hotels.com I specifically put on the filter for a hotel with a pool and hottub. This hotel has neither but will give you a pass to the public pool. The room itself was great though, spacious and recently renovated.I won’t be back because of the pool and parking and the downtown core vibe but if those things don’t bother you you will likely find this place to be a great deal. "

"Took our littles on a staycation and the Pomeroy was a perfect hotel for it. Clean, comfortable room with a delicious breakfast in the morning. Pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids. Very friendly staff checking in and on check out. The fresh fruit and all day coffee were a pleasant surprise. "
