「The room was nice and cozy, it had the best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel! The tea and coffee were very much appreciated as well. The staff were lovely, they couldn’t do enough for you, I will definitely stay again if I visit Thetford.」

「I was not really happy with the room I was given. I booked a normal room, but received a room for an impaired person. I was put in room 1. The shower was a wet floor shower, which was not too bad, but the bed was terrible. The mattress had collapsed and I ended up sleeping ( actually I didn't sleep) in a dip, ended up with body aches.」

「A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. 「Rooms were spotless friendly wellcome of owner and have to say one of the best breakfasts ive ever had so much on offer for breakfast well definitely be booking again 」

「Couldn’t get normal tv channels」

「Room was small but clean. As the weather was very hot they had put a small fan tower in the room which was extremely noisy but did cool the room down. Paid £13 each for breakfast and you had quite a good choice. Tea/coffee, several fresh juices, hot food cooked for you which was excellent. Nice bar area to relax. The price for our stay was extremely good value and we would definitely stay again.」

「Very impressive grounds and gardens」

「Super cute establishment! Room was super clean, room service came every day and replenished everything. 2 complimentary bottles of water provided every day. Staff literally bent over backwards to accommodate every step of the way. The restaurant was absolutely fire!!」

「Sian, the landlady is wonderful -- friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel's.com said there are laundry facilities but this is not true. BUT Sian did our laundry for us. We stayed in the annex but no one who was mobility problems, or is tall or heavy should stay there -- it is difficult to maneuver under the low ceilings. 」

「We stayed for one night in an annex. Room was comfortable and clean with a few minor niggles e.g. the lock on the bathroom. Breakfast was a good choice of cold and hot options. Worth booking in advance for a discount. Location was good, easy walk into Mildenhall where there are plenty of cafes and restaurants. We would stay again if in the area.」
