「This is a charming property. The main building is very modern, but comfortable, with lovely decor and great beds. The exterior rooms in the older part of the property are classically exposed stone walls and wooden beams, rely on single wall heaters, and also have very comfy beds. Our family had a fantastic experience, though did move from an exterior room with terrace to an interior room with no terrace to be warmer. (It was December and literally freezing outside!) we found the entire staff to...

「入住當天旅館接待人員晚間主動詢問我們幾點抵達，我們當時預估九點左右，我們大概九點零五分抵達後，旅館人員也還在櫃檯等待我們，其實他是九點下班，很感謝他加班為了迎接我們。 整個飯店很有歷史感，有可愛的花園，距離雪儂梭堡步行五分鐘即可抵達，房間寬敞有一個小陽台，也有提供咖啡茶和礦泉水，也可以直接向櫃檯購買夏儂索堡的門票，免除排隊的時間。 唯一感覺較不便的是沒有電梯，但是考量飯店的歷史，能夠理解。 旅館有自己的停車場，不額外收費，非常方便。」
