B&B in Charente Limousine

"This is our second time staying here while driving from Netherlands to San Sebastian. The first time was so great we did it again and this time was even better. The staff is 10/10 amazing. Very patient with my bad French even thought they spoke English perfectly. Claire even spoke a good amount of Dutch. She checked us in and helped us with the menu and was overall a sparkling ray of sunshine. The dinner and drinks were great. This is a classic motel. Clean, hot shower, comfy bed, fabulous staff, close to the highway. It is older but not in a bad way. It has character and is just a great place!"

"Everything went smoofhly for my 2-night stay. The staff was super helpful, and they either put up with my rusty French or switched to English. The convenience of the short distance to the train station was key for me, and being next to a park gave a nice respite. Room was clean and spacious. No fridge though, although for the price, no problem."

"The location was perfect. 5min to the trainsation. 10min to the old town. Newly refurbished and very clean. Lovely smart Tv with Chromecast. Bring your swimmong costume to enjoy the wellness centre."

Les choix pour le petit déjeuner sont très variés. Côté chambre, le lit et les oreillers sont confortables, toit est propre et fonctionnel. Vu le prix, on ne peut s'attendre à avoir davantage que le strict nécessaire. Donc ne pas s'attendre à avoir un réfrigérateur ou une machine à café. Je n'ai utilisé ni le chauffage ni l'AC. Donc pas d'avis pour cela. Hôtel recommandé. "

"The apartment complex is built with an ancient convent, which is very cool when you first enter. The hallways are clean and quiet, and our room really was spotless, as well as quite large. Even though our room was tight over a busy street, there was virtually no noise coming from the outside. The kitchen was very useful and we enjoyed some time sitting on the deck in the rear of the property. If you want to walk to the shops and restaurants, you will be walking straight up a very steep hill. The old part of city is at the top of a steep hill. We drove and eventually found parking. Good for the price. Staff were very nice!"
