"I found the place to be a bit scary. I am a woman traveling alone so climbing to the second floor with men sitting on The steps drinking beer and blasting music was off putting. I did talk to the desk guy who told me these guys live there for months at a time. They’re TxDot trucks/heavy equipment was in the lot. He assured me they were harmless. Additionally, the door did not close all the way/it locked but there was a big gap where I could see outside. I would not stay here again. The front desk guy was nice but that’s the only good thing I can say."

"Vegan+gluten-free options for breakfast were fruit juice, an apple, and raisins I filched out of the toppings for yogurt. But I did not expect more. More importantly, the coffee was delicious and plentiful. Good thing I brought my own Stevia sweetener. We selected this hotel almost randomly as we had never been to Fort Worth before. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was and will stay here again if we return. A problem-free stay in every way."

"The staff at check in and out were out of the realm of courtesy and service of 3, much less 4 or 5 stars. I travelled extensivelly for work and Hilton products; Embassy suites and Hampton inn were in my lodging preferrence for many years. The level of service, cleanliness, breakfast and room impressive amenities were on top of the competition. These days that spirit is gonne. I have been doing some leisure travel and the Hilton like this one are subpar! A pile of dust accumulated on the outside corner of the the shower tells the story. Front desk that rush us through without even looking at my eyes is comparable to minimalists as Motel 6 or Econo logde. Breakfast was as minimal as not having much of any of the old Hamptom inn."

"They are not prepared for severe weather at all! Well, they prepare by shutting down the room TV’s to start with. I was staying visiting family. Other relatives stayed there on visits and it was quite impressive. I arrived Friday and wrote a rave review with high scores on everything. When I planned my trip, I only looked at my travel days (when I’d be flying). Well, they had a severe storm coming in on Saturday early evening. I left my brothers when I saw it coming in, we both knew it was gonna be bad and he suggested I stay the night but, all my stuff was there at the hotel. So I raced back to the hotel and get up to my room to turn the TV on to check the weather in the news and it said no signal, immediately called the front desk only to be informed that a really bad storm was coming, so there would be no TVs. I watched the local news on my phone and than laptop. 100mph winds and baseball size hail was headed right for us. My Brother said he would come get me since it was 15 minutes away. I stepped what I could in my backpack and headed downstairs. Get down there and there’s a truck pulling in head towards the doors that open and close. The lobby glass windows were facing the west where the storms were coming from. The TV in the lobby was on showing the radar and where it was at. The sirens started going off.(meanwhile there was no one at the front desk.) my brother called saying it was hitting, I started going up and down halls for a room w/o windows call 9186477527"

"What I didn't like at all was the fact that these forenors are greedy and could care less about being hospitable when it comes to me as their customer for 5-8 days. I was on time when it came to paying for the room immediately, and when I needed the room for two more days in the middle of of my stay their management greedily took my money, without even saying what We Americans say, "Thank You, Welcome". So my last day comes up, I'm awaiting on some earned funds from my employer to come to me, definitely going to be this particular morning, Before Checkout; I kept the front desk manager aware that I'd bring enough to the desk within at least an hour, my funds are really on the way. The next thing I know is there's a hired bouncer kind of custodian banging on the door demanding that I put everything that I own, out of the room, move it on the side or anywhere for all that they mattered. I absolutely did as told, within another 45 minutes to an hour my funds arrived, Felt kind of violated although the room didn't belong to me, so they were within their rights. But I'm simply writing this for other future guest to be aware of this companies Smiling at the Beginning tactics, They could give a damn about you, obviously just Your Money 😏"
