「This is a fabulous historic lodge! It was so peaceful for some rest and relaxation. My one complaint was that the AC was not working in the room. The staff were all very nice about it, and did provide us with a box fan for the evening. I will return to the Lodge again in the future.」

「The motel was nasty wasn’t kept up very dirty sheets was stained no shampoo or conditioner in bathrooms. Homeless people everywhere around the motel very very getto surroundings trash all over the place the foundation of buildings was rotted upstairs and downstairs」

「When I checked in it took almost 30 mins for the staff member to get me a room as he was unfamiliar with the system. When I finally got into my room it was full of bugs, dirty sheets and towels and the shower was full of scum and left over soap from a previous stay. The staff did provide me with a fresh set but attempted to charge me for me and I needed to explain I didnt even get to put my bags down to notice how dirty they were. 「The hotel was nice. We booked there twice. First time stay was great. The second stay we ran into an issue. Our door would not lock. The only way to lock it was to use the lock latch at the top of the door. So someone always had to stay in the room. We only needed the room for one night. I can’t imagine what someone would do if they had to stay multiple nights. We contacted front desk, and showed her. She couldn’t fix it. And didn’t move us to another room.」

My key cards did not work even after taking them back twice, the room had no toilet paper. No towels, no sheets for the sofa bed. We went to get some and the towels had yellow stains and hair on them. They looked really old and worn out. There was inappropriate adult items left in the room, there was trash underneath the bed which we saw because we had to search all over for the remote...
