「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「We love the Kempinski and though we did not get the room upgrade we had asked for the stay was perfect. We hosted a dinner for 15 and they could not have been more accommodating, professional and excellent. The service was outstanding from beginning to end.」

「I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and the waiters were all polite. However the only downside was the breakfast. There was not many options and I noticed some cross contamination between the eggs and the pork which as a Muslim made me uncomfortable. Other than this, the hotel was amazing, the Junior suite was so spacious and the balcony view was beautiful. The bed was very comfy and I loved the decor with the big mirrors. I hope to be back one day. Thanks」

「Everything was lovely! The room was spotless with really good air conditioning and very comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely smelling soaps and shampoo great shower The staff were really nice and helpful! The on-site bar was really nice and the bartender made me a special cocktail to his recommendation which was such a lovely touch. The faculties such as spa areas and the beach club again were absolutely fantastic. Well priced too! All staff were always happy to help. A truely magical stay....

「房间很有设计感，但是颜色太重，整体特别黑～可能夏天住会觉得凉快些～位置在圣朱利安购物圈，边上就是bar和赌场，比较适合度假人，但房间晚上睡觉可能会比较吵」

「Abbiamo preso una camera familiare con angolo cottura. La camera che ci han dato era poco insonorizzata e dava sulla via principale cuore della vita notturna di paceville. Si sentiva molto rumore e la notte abbiamo dormito poco. Dalla seconda ci hanno cambiato camera su nostra richiesta e tutto è andato bene. Personale gentile e professionale. 」
