「Housekeeping continues to be an issue. I stayed ten days and dust was visible. Trash wasn’t picked up completely, water wasn’t replenished, and sheets weren’t changed. Staff even left their working materials on the bathroom. Lighting is really bad. Shampoo dispenser didn’t work and wasn’t changed or repaired. Valet staff didn’t leave car outside when leaving early even when requested.」

「Owners are wonderful, beautiful, unique, and clean property, and in the best neighborhood in Austin! If gym person and want access to boutique like gym Castle Hill is approximately a 1-2 block walk and can get a day or week pass.」

「Upside: Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean。 Breakfast has variety of food and drinks. Good location. Downside: The A/C and the refrigerator are bit noise。」

「Really nice resort close enough to everything in Austin. Loved everything - room was beautiful, pools were so clean and had excellent drink service, on site restaurants were delicious. Loved relaxing with a glass of wine looking over the golf course. 10/10」

「A hidden gem. Beautiful, clean rooms, fluffy clean sheets, new towels, hard wood floors, we also got a private balcony. A speaker in the room is a nice touch, the staff was nice. Front desk doesn't answer the phone sometimes if they're busy but they call right back. Would stay here again! 」
