The place gets hoping at nights on the weekend but the rooms at back closer to parking lot are fairly quiet. We left something behind and the staff got it to us in Merida which was a huge relief. The underground cave is amazing and unique experience. Both pools were lovely and available 24hours a day. The food was moreso crafted than it was cooked delicious and specialty. Would love to come again.
