Lovely hotel!

It’s such a nice hotel, George is really accomodating. The cleaning lady (i didn’t get her name sadly) is so sweet and good at her job. We stayed for free on the day we were leaving ‘till 6:30 in the evening. George arranged transfer to and from the airport so we didn’t have to worry. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Clean very accommodating, nice, friendly, beautiful rooms with kitchen, refrigerator and cook top. Utensils, pots, pans, glasses and cups available. Frequent cleaning!! Beach and pool wonderful. Multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance. Will stay again on next trip!!!

Super séjour

Séjour de 7 jours en octobre. Nous avons été ravie. Petites attentions régulière. Serviettes de bains et de plage fournies. Petits biscuits, briques de jus d’orange, bouteilles d’eau et fruits à l’arrivée. Amabilité et discrétion Georges est adorable et fait tout pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux Nous avions été surpris qu’ils nous fassent même notre vaisselles. La plage est à environ 50 mètres et l’arrêt de bus pour Chania en face de l’hôtel. Le petit bémol est que les transats sont payants. Nous recommandons, allez y les yeux fermés..

Fantastisk oplevelse !

Helt fantastisk og gæstfri hotelejer ! Jeg kan på det varmeste anbefale dette hotel, til alle der ønsker at bo i området omkring Chania/Agia Marina. Hyggeligt lille hotel, i rolige omgivelser, nær stranden. Ved ankomst stod der en lille kurv med æbler, samt en kage, og også juice og vand i køleskabet. På dagen for udtjekning, fik jeg lov til at blive på værelset til kl 18:00 i stedet for kl 12:00 uden ekstra beregning. Helt fantastisk gæstfrihed ! Jeg kommer helt sikkert tilbage en dag !!

Svært fornøyd

Booked et rom på Despina studios da vi måtte sjekke ut kl. 12 på hotellet vi opprinnelig bodde på og skulle reise sent på kvelden. Ville ha et sted å være resten av dagen. Vi ble møtt av hotellets leder George som tok oss varmt i mot. Rommet var kjempe fint og rent. Skulle ønske vi hadde bodd der hele ferien. Blir å bestille rom på dette hotellet igjen. Beste vi har bodd på på Kreta hittil :-)

Fremragende

Hjælpsomhed er nøgleordet til personalet. Meget vedligeholdt og den daglige rengøring er i top. Beliggenheden er ok midt mellem Agia Marina og Platanias. Et hotel vi med sikkerhed vil benytte os af igen.

Magnifique séjour !

Nous y avons séjourné à 3 pour 2 semaines en aout 2016 dans un studio pour 3 personnes (vue latérale mer au 2ème étage) Cela a déjà été dit de nombreuses fois mais comment ne pas encore faire l’éloge de George (le responsable de Despina Studio) George est une perle, il fera son possible pour vous aider dans toutes les circonstances, discret, attentionné, méticuleux … L’établissement, les studios, les alentours sont d’une propreté irréprochable ! Le studio est entretenu tous les jours, les draps, les serviettes sont changées au moins tous les 2 jours au maximum. Nous craignons avant notre départ, d’être un peu à l’étroit dans 27 m² mais pas du tout le studio est bien agencé et on ne s’y sent pas à l’étroit il dispose d’un bon signal wifi, d’un coffre-fort (gratuit), de l’air conditionné (silencieux et gratuit) d’une terrasse et les rideaux sont doubles et occultants. Tout était parfait - 10/10 - Encore merci George ;)

Fantastisk hotell, service og renhold.

Hotellet ligger flott til i hjertet av Agia Marina med kort avstand til Platnias. Busser går jevnlig til Chania. Hotellet er er familiedrevet og maken til service skal en lete lenge etter. Vi kunne fritt benytte nabohotellets svømmebasseng, (Troulakis) og selvfølgelig deres flotte restaurant med et herlig personale. Vi skal selvfølgelig tilbake til dette hotellet da vi følte oss veldig velkommen. En stor takk til George Panigirakis

Fomos recebidos de maneira excepcional, com refresco e biscoitos por George, muito atencioso, profissional e que nos deu valiosíssimas dicas de lugares e restaurantes. Ficamos no apartamento 201, com uma varanda enorme, um chuveiro simplesmente maravilhoso, móveis de boa qualidade, travesseiros e colchão muito bons, a limpeza era feita todos os dias e havia um cheiro muito bom por todo o hotel; não há nada que possamos dizer de negativo quanto ao Hotel escolhido e serviços prestados. Recomendamos e voltaríamos a nos hospedar, com certeza!
