A property close to the beach

A good option for someone who wants to stay near the beach for a reasonable price. The room is quite small, but it comes with a small kitchen and a nice balcony. We were quite happy with it as it was only for one night but the double bed was hard and somewhat uncomfortable, a bit small for 2 people.

Great stay at Chania

Constantino's is a family own hotel with a very friendly pleasant host. Its' located very close to the beach (2 min walk) on a calm and quiet street, also takes just about 10-15 min walk to the main city center and old town of Chania. We've been here several times and will return again.

Första besöket på Constantinos Studios

Om du inte har upplevt Constantinos gästfrihet så har du verkligen missat nåt! Han är en riktigt bra person. Han gör allt i sin makt för att få sina gäster att trivas. Jag besökte Chania för första gången och det blev en underbar upplevelse tack vare Constantinos. Hotellet ligger en kort promenad från Nea Chora Beach och därifrån kan du ta en trevlig promenad till gamla stan längs havet. Mitt rum var ganska stort och hade två stora dubbelsängar trots att jag reste ensam. När Constantinos informerade mig om att han fick gäster som krävde ett stort rum, flyttade jag till ett mindre rum. Rummet hade ett kök utrustat med allt du behöver. Mitt enda klagomål skulle vara att några av apparaterna skulle behöva ersättas. Jag föreslår att de gamla TV-apparaterna ersätts med nyare modeller, eftersom mina inte fick in en enda kanal, men iofs vem är i Chania för teven ändå? :-)

Constantino's Studios is a well situated hostel run by a very sympathetic and helpful owner. My room was equipped with a private bathroom, a small kitchen with a fridge and other basic accessories. Some excursions may be arranged on the spot (I did not take advantage of this opportunity); if you want to travel on your own (as it was my case) the owner may give you practical advice how to do it in the best way.

Ligger meget centralt. Nemt at gå dertil fra busstationen. Stranden er for enden af gaden og du kan spadsere til den gamle havn på 15 min. Alt hvad man kan få brug for i lejligheden. Fin balkon med sol og udsigt til gaden

Rauhallinen hotelli mukavassa paikassa

Hyvin rauhallinen pieni hotelli, jossa kaikki tarpeellinen oli saatavilla. Kävelymatkaa vanhaan kaupunkiin vajaa kilometri, Nea Horan rannalle ehkä 300 m. Huoneeni oli pihan puolelle, ainoastaan vastapäisen rakennuksen parvekkeella videopelejä täydellä volyymillä pelannut poika aiheutti pienen hetken hiukan häiriötä. Aurinko ei koskaan päässyt paistamaan suoraan tähän huoneeseen (nro 2), joten kuumuus ei noussut tukahduttavaksi - jouduin käyttämään ilmastointia vain kerran. Isäntä oli hyvin ystävällinen ja avulias. Sängyt olivat leveitä ja sopivan kovia. WC:n tuuletin oli hiukan meluisa, keittiövarusteissa olisi voinut olla hiukan parantamisen varaa.

Nära till det mesta du behöver.

Läget är bra med ett par minuter ner till stranden och 10-15 minuter in till centrala Chania och hamnområdet innanför muren. Studios är välutrustade, rena och i bra skick. Constantinos är mån om att man trivs och hjälper gärna till med tips på utflyckter och sevärdheter.

Sovlogi i trevlig stadsdel.

Jag var tvingen att bo på hotell ca en vecka då jag renoverar mitt hus i Chordaki. Valde därför ett billigt men trevligt ställe som många skrivit positivt om. Trevlig hotellägare och funktionellt boende. Ingen lyx men,,trevligt. Stranden ligger mycket nära och restauranten till höger gatan ned, på strandpromenaden har blivit en klar favorit. Den till vänster var däremot dålig med usel service o förfärlig mat.

Wij hadden een gratis update naar een prima kamer, om de dag schone lakens en handdoeken en bovenal een uitstekende gastheer. Schoon strand op slechts 100 mtr; gastvrije leuke restaurants om de hoek en de oude binnenstad op slechts 20 min. lopen. Wij hebben een fijne week gehad.

Nice owner, domestic hotel, close to the beach

We booked 3 nights at Constantino's place, because we read good recommendations about the owner, as we arrived we realized that Constantino is a very nice person indeed. He went out of his way to give us the most suitable room for a mother and child, and helped us around in Chania. We loved the balcony where we had nice view of the sea from one side and the mountains from the other side. The kitchen is equipped with all what you need for cooking, There's a very nice lobby downstairs, equipped with computers for free use. Young people would love this place for sure. It's a 10-12 minutes walk from the city center, but has the benefit of quiet and relaxed environment, and being just few meters away from the very nice beach and best restaurants for a reasonable price.

Excellent!

We've spent two nights at Constantino's in late September this year as we travelled along the North-West of the island. Although we had booked the cheapest room, we got upgraded free of charge which was a lovely surprise. Wish we could stay for longer as the room was superb (comparing to the one we had in Stalida/Stalis). The room itself was absolutely perfect with a very nice decor and everything you would expect including toiletries and all the kitchenette's essentials. It also had a balcony with a drying rack which was very handy to have. The owner was very polite and helpful. He gave us some useful tips about the local area and helped us to carry the luggage upstairs. Besides, his English was excellent. We were also offered beach towels free of charge which was absolutely brilliant. Constantino's is only a minute walk from the beach and very close to the city centre. The only problem I could think of was the parking space - sometimes you have to take a round or two around the place to find a free space. Nevertheless, it's a minor thing considered the central location of the place and I'm sure the owner would help you in case of any trouble. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We will be back soon!

Hotellet ligger 200 meter fra dejlig strand. Her er mange gode restuaranter hvor grækerne også spiser. Det tager kun ca. 15 minutter at gå til Chania. Ejern og hans kone er meget venlige.

Great place with friendly staff

Owner was very friendly. He told us about local places. He made us complimentary coffee in the morning although he didn't have to. He also helped us print boarding passes for return trip.
