「We stayed at Portou House for 5 nights and had an excellent time. Very good location in Chania Old Town. Communication was great from start to finish with Julia being very responsive. We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine for my Partner’s birthday which was a nice touch. The only feedback we would have is that there was no full length mirror - think it would be good to consider including in the rooms. Many thanks Julia and team at Portou House. 」

「The flat was brilliant and not too distant from the old town - 10 minute walk. However when I arrived at the property there was no receptionist and a sign pointing to the e-reception. I rang the bell on the keypad and got no response. I finally found a phone number and got through to someone who gave me a code to access my key - it was a real pain to search for a number I could contact them on - they had contacted me by email the day before to ask for my arrival time, and could easily have given...

「It's beach facing hence super convenient if you like to sun or swim.. And it's walking distance to old town. However the kitchen utensils is old hence improvement recommended 」

「Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns verschiedene Tipps gegeben zur Wohnung selber und auch für die Umgebung und Chania allgemein. Er war auch immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Am letzten Tag hat er uns noch freundlicherweise angeboten später aus zu checken.」
