"Good hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was not good though!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast buffet. My only point of improvement is that the croissants had a weird taste and smell of mutton or goat butter."

"The front desk has been extremely helpful. I had problem with my phone at the last minute and I couldn’t call a taxi. Miss Yang who works at the front desk was able to get one for me as I was late to my 20 years school reunion. "All stuff’s attitude is super nice , while the room is not very clean that there is thick dust on bed head and dirties on the tiles in kitchen. The water of shower room is leaking out thru the door. The water heating machine is not working, have to call technician to turn it on manually. "

"It's a bit unfortunate that there's no elevator, but it's quiet and the staff is kind. If you're unlucky, your bathroom might lose water, but don't worry it'll be back soon"

"Very friendly staff and quick response with requests."
