Clean but old.

Clean room but very old. Staffs are not professional, included dinner and breakfast are not worth. Room spa is old and you can find dirty here and there. Not recommended.

조용한 휴식 장소로 추천

비수기에 조용한 휴식 장소로 추천합니다. 시설은 조금 노화중이나 관리를 잘 하고있어서 거부감없이 체류하다왔습니다. 히노끼 욕조가 있어 온천하는 느낌이 있지만 온천물은 아닌 듯합니다. 거실 다다미 바닥은 세월의 흔적을 피해갈 수 없습니다. 침실공간은 창이 없어 좀 답답합니다. Complimentary water도 있습니다. 석식과 조식은 평범했습니다. 음식수준은 큰 기대를 하지 않으면 드실만 합니다. 조식을 오전 9시에 제공해서, 기다리느라 배가 고픕니다. 조식먹고 11시 체크아웃해야 하는 점은 아쉽습니다. 조식 제공을 조금 일찍해 주면 좋겠습니다만 다 이유가 있겠죠.

벌레와 욕조 녹슨 대못 위험함

상태가 너무 안 좋습니다. 벽에는 벌레가 죽어 붙어 있고 히노끼 욕조 의자에는 녹슨 대못이 튀어나와 있어 정말 위험했습니다.

돈 많이 아까움

오션부라더니 뒤에 사람사는 밭이 떡 있더군요,, 오션부는 나올수 없는 위치입니다. 조식과 석식은 깨진 그릇, 한겨울에 창문은 자꾸 열리고요. 33만원 방인데 참 황당했는데 그 어떤 요청사항도 고려되지 않았어요 리뷰 잘 안남기는데 남깁니다

정통 료칸과는 거리가 멀어요.. 석식&조식도 좀 성의가 없는 느낌입니다.. 숙소 컨디션은 괜찮은 편이지만 침대방에는 약간의 담배냄새가 났어요. 전반적으로 가격에 비해 품질이 떨어지는듯 하네요.. 재방문의사는 없습니다 ㅎㅎ

후기 믿고 갔던 곳인데 정말 객실 상태 엉망이었어요.식사야 원래 다른 분들도 별루 였다고 해서 기대안했지만 객실은 45만원이라는 숙박비를 지불하기에는..마루 다 들 떠서 갈라져 있고 틈사이에 계란 껍질 처럼 보이는 것들까지..돈이 아까워서 참고 자려고 했지만 저녁만 먹고 그냥 다른 숙소로 옮겼어요.신혼부부 많이 온다는 말에 상태 좋은 줄 알고 갔다가 거제도에 대한 추억까지 엉망이 된 곳이었습니다.특히 어린이랑 가족 여행 가시는 분들 참고 하시길 ..주방에 계시는 분들 마스크 쓰고 말씀 하시면 하는 바람입니다.그건 기본 아닌가요.

청결에 조금 더 신경쓰세여..

506호방 블라인드도 망가져있고, 욕조에 곰팡이도... 침실 바닥은 갈라져서 넘어질뻔 했네요... 석식의 고기는 말라 비틀어진거 같고... 경주랑 너무 비교되고 돈아까운 느낌이에요. 침구류는 괜찮은데 그냥 여행에 조금 불쾌했어요

좋은 추억 만들어주셔서 감사해요

조금 노후화 되어 있다고 해서 걱정 했는데 일단 서비스부터 너무 마음에 들었어요 너무 기대하면 실망할까봐 기대없이 갔는데 전반적으로 참 좋았어요 특히 체크인 해주시던 관리자분? 직원분이 너무 친절하셨어요! 산뷰도 좋았고 식사도 생각보다 괜찮았고 히노끼 탕 노후화 된 부분은 이미 감안을 하고 갔던터라 괜찮았어요! 제일 좋은 방 주셔서 너무 감사했어요... ♡ 식사도 전부 룸에서 프라이빗하게 하고 방도 넓고 최고였네요 생일에 맞춰 간 건데 정말 좋은추억 남기고 온 것 같아요 감사합니다! 남자친구도 너무 좋은 기억으로 남을 것 같다고 할 정도고, 부모님이 일본 료칸을 좋아하셨는데 마침 이곳이 있어서 다음달에 두 분만 따로 또 보내드리려구요!

너무 기대하면 실망합니다

다른 분들 의견대로 식사 선택이 가능하면 좋겠습니다. 석식 고기가 너무 맛이 없었어요. 조식도 음식 온도가 거의 식은 상태였구요. 욕실에 있는 플라스틱 의자 청결이나 테라스 쪽 청소도 아쉬웠네요.

일본의 료칸은 온천과 지역특산물로 차려지는 가이세키요리가 주요한 특색이자 매력이죠.토모노야료칸의 히노끼 욕조는 인상적이었지만 식사는 몹시 실망스러웠습니다.저녁식사에 나온 고기는 냄새가 날 뿐 아니라, 료칸이 왜 거제에 있는 지도 이해하기 어려웠습니다. 다시 방문하고 싶지는 않습니다.

일본 느낌의 숙소로 전체적으로 좋았습니다 다른 숙소에 비해 히노키탕을 각 객실 마다 있고 자유롭게 쓸수 있다는 점이 무엇보다 좋았습니다 룸 컨디션도 괜찮았습니다 다만 가격대비 식사가 조금 부실 했고 유아 포함 5인 임에도 불구하고 매분 성인 4인 식사만 나오고 유아 식이..뭔가 확인이 안되어 급하게 주는 것 같았습니다 밥이랑 국 김 이렇게만 제공 받았습니다 가족 여행이고 아이가 밥을 먹지 않을 것을 알아서 그냥 넘어 갔지만 조금은 실망 스럽습니다 추가적으로 프론트를 새로 구역 정해서 만들면 좋을 것 같습니다 체크인 시간에 사람들이 우르르 들어와서 따로 체크인 할수 있는 장소가 없어 로비에서 그냥 서서 확인 후 입실 하는게 좋아 보이진 않았습니다 유카타(?) 도 사실 관리를 따로 해서 객실에 두면 더 좋았을 듯 싶네요 로비에서 골라서 가라고 했는데 료칸의 기본적인 서비스라 하기엔 맞지도 않을 뿐더라 코로나 시국에 로비에 사람들이 이것저것 만지면서 모여 있는것도 좋진 않았습니다
