호텔 자체는 그럭저럭 이용할만 했는데 주변에 모텔들이 많고 성인용품 구매 광고 간판 등이 곳곳에 있어 아이들과 이용하기엔 좀 그렇더라구요. 롯데워터파크 이용후라 주변 식당 이용하려고 찾아다녔지만 선술집들이 많아 편의점 음식과 배달음식 이용했습니다

front 직원만 좀 개선되면 좋은 호텔

비록 크지는 않지만, 호텔 이름에 맞게 컨디션과, 시설, 편의점, 청결함 다 만족합니다. 다만, front는 조금 개선이 필요할듯합니다. 짐맡기거나 기타 등등의 요청에 귀찮은듯한 느낌을 많이 느끼게 하네요... 그리고 다른부분은 다 호텔격에 맞는데, 직원분들은 복장이나, 고정된 직원으로 운영되지않고 모텔수준의 데스크입니다. 나머지는 다 맞족합니다. 조식은 가성비가 떨어집니다.

파인그로브는 매년 서너번번정도 이용중인데 조식이 금정에서 편의점 내부로 바뀌면서 아쉬움이 큽니다. 금정 조식은 국내외 5성급 막론 호텔조식으로 최고였는데 이번에 바뀌면서 ㅜㅜ 다음에는 숙박하더라도 조식은 거르거나 인근 식당에서 해결할 예정입니다

전체적으로 아주 좋은 숙소였습니다! 침대도 푹신하고 뷰도 좋았구요 딱 한가지 욕조 청결입니다. 이 객실의 이용 목적 중 가장 큰게 욕조일거 같은데 딱 사용하려고보니 묵은 때가 좀 있더라구요.. 그래서 직접 청소하고 썼습니다.

대청동(장유)에있는 호텔중 가장 만족한 호텔 이었습니다. 호텔로 올라와있어 예약하고 와보면 상당수 호텔이 모텔급이어서 실망스러웠는데~ 청결하고,넓고,안락하고,조용하고~ㅎ 아주 만족스런 휴식처였어요. 재방문의사 100%입니다.
