"Great stay from start to finish. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived at the front gate. The bell staff and doormen were welcoming, helpful, and very personable. The front desk team was professional, efficient, and made the check-in process seamless.
A special thank you to the front desk check-in team — especially the young lady who helped us find the most suitable room. I didn’t catch her name, but she absolutely deserves recognition for her patience, professionalism, and genuine care. She truly made a difference in our experience.
Housekeeping was efficient and thorough, keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully built and very well maintained.
I also sincerely appreciate the staff who assisted me with post-stay matters. They were extremely patient and helpful in resolving everything smoothly. Truly amazing service all around.
I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this hotel."

"Great hotel. Comfortable room. Incredible water pressure! Great service from the team at Langham. The hotel is located near a theme park. We were there during off peak season (end of November), enjoyed the quiet. Beautiful talian themed city 2km away (we walked to it). A great shopping centre 10 mnt drive away from the hotel. Over all a great stay. Thank you the Langham team for a memorable 3 nights stay. Doris and the front desk team, top notch service. Hope to see you again soon 😊"
