「Everything was fine except the hotels physical address and the address shown on the hotels.com map are not even close. 2 km away from each other. Contacted hotels.com to rectify the situation, but they(hotel) wouldn’t give me a refund according to hotels.com, and said they’d talk to the GM of the hotel to try and resolve it. 「Rustige omgeving, vriendelijk personeel. Goede parkeermogelijkheden. Groot,mooi en schoon zwembad. Kamers kunnen wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Voor mensen met kinderen is er in de omgeving niets te beleven. Ook jammer dat het restaurant niet meer open is. Zelfs geen ontbijt is beschikbaar. Voorkeur voor kamer 416,415,414 ! 「A combination of this useless app and some idiot had placed the marker pin for this Hotel 150km away from where it actually is. So what a waste of money ! Tried in vain to recover my funds from Hotel .com or the Hotel, both blamed the other !! No refund. Awful treatment of customer from both parties. 「This hotel is very modern for Petchabun and is in great condition, the place is kept clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet is very good with a good choice and verity of food on offer. If you use the restaurant you will not be disappointed the food is plentiful and service is with a smile. As always in rural Thailand English can be a bit limited. 「Great location 100 meters from a small lake surrounded by restaurant//bars with great food and value, pleasant short walk around the lake. Good size rooms, great value less than15$ night, very friendly and helpful,the Lady owner insisted on making me an excellent omelet even though I was happy with the Thai breakfast included.The bed maybe abit firm for some but Ok for us.」
