This was the first time at a Saravar property and I really enjoyed my peaceful clean stay at Hometel—it was easy from the bus stop then train station the next day. They allowed an hour later checkout and that was heavenly.

Location is very good, just near to Elante Mall. Bedding is not so good, as it releases heat. Food is ok ok.

The break was amazing along with the staff serving it. The room window was quite dirty. The toiletries were not available in washroom and my partner had to ask for them and they took their own sweet time to bring those.

Breakfast starts at 7, but some foods do not appear by around 7:30. TV switch is not easy (instruction is not enough). Cleaning is OK, but necessary towels were missing.
