"Nice place to stay and friendly atmosphere. It was great that we were even able to get lunch sandwiches from breakfast when we asked from reception. It helped a lot with children. If really trying to find something to improve would be more self-service and variation with breakfast by having more vegetables and fruits as in pictures. "

"To reuse the same cloth napkins between dinner and breakfast in the name of eco friendliness is a totally misguided idea. People staying for several nights had the very same napkin set aside for repeated use from meal to meal!!!"

"Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. The front desk was kind and helpful this week go with your friends it will be you need to go. I know you don’t wanna get away from your kids, -5 i but I think you need it. Just relax.p"

"Like most we were drawn to the view, but that's really all it has to offer. And let's be clear, in the valley all the views are amazing, so this is not unique. The rooms are looking tired and run-down, and it's clear the maintenance has been to fix things in a very 'DIY' standard. It is not a comfortable space, the beds and fixtures and finishing are all of the cheapest quality. The sinks blocked the first day, and remained so despite requesting help to unblock them. Eventually done after 10 hours and some further requests. The shower water temperature is dictated by anyone using the kitchen tap. Cigarette butts littered the space directly outside our accommodation. All of the huts are packed together - you will know your neighbours intimately. We went to the bar the first night and were served by an unhappy teenager that was more interested in making comments to his friends next to him than serving us. Now after all this, take into consideration the cost. Outrageous. You can find significantly better for significantly less."

"Hospitality was top notch. The place was super clean & comfortable. The breakfast was a nice spread, it was also pet friendly which was not good for my husband who is allergic to dogs & we didn't like the fact that the hostess kept touching & petting all the dogs in the room & then fixed plates & handeled food without washing or at the very least sanitize her hands."
