"I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as several issues added up to a poor experience. First, the check-in process was frustrating. The front desk repeatedly assigned uncleaned rooms—not just to my family, but to at least three guests ahead of us as well. This suggests a lack of coordination and quality control. While the rooms themselves are spacious, there are many maintenance issues that shouldn’t be overlooked. For example, our room door wouldn’t close properly and could easily be pushed open, which is a serious security concern. In addition, one of the shower gel dispensers was broken and unusable. "The room was nice, but hotel service was lacking. There is an additional $36 resort fee at the hotel-which includes limited access to the spa between 7:30-8:30 in the morning. Hot yoga is also included in the fee and was amazing. I would recommend staying at Mirbeau over this resort."
