I would not book with this hotel ever again. The check in process was confusing. They had paper receipt for the agreement to have card on file for possible damages. Clerk read something that included pets, but then also remarked, "I don't know why they have that in there, we don't even allow pets." Then there was an electronic screen, that had me initial again for the possible damage coverages, but also had another $250 for possible pet damage, which was already stated they don't allow. The room had a smell to it. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The lights in the bathroom had a horrible flicker. Clerk had no bulbs to replace the one that was bad. There were loud noises in the hall well after midnight. We needed to sleep for our long drive. This was very frustrating. I personally checked out with the clerk early that morning. Asked for a receipt, and was told they couldn't print me one and that Expedia would give me a receipt. Yet all of the other 5 hotels we stayed with on our drive willingly offered a receipt even though we would get one from Expedia. Then 2 hours into our drive I got a text from the hotel reminding me when checkout time was even though I had already checked out. I looked at the reviews after this bad experience with this hotel. I should have read them before booking. Review responses on their site are copied and pasted. Every single response was generated exactly the same.
