They were there for us for a very late check in (02:00) and smiling as if it was mid afternoon. The beds were really comfortable and massive. We were four in one room and there was plenty of space. Then breakfast was really nice. Simple but well done and the lady in charge just super helpful. We left with the impression that they really care. That’s increasingly rare these days. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us. "

"Room was lovely - great size, nice decor and a balcony overlooking the main plaza (the longest in France!). Spotlessly clean and staff that were very helpful and on hand. Only disappointment was that the breakfast was served across int he Best Western hotel due to the Hotel Bristol Reims kitchen refit, but it was a fabulous breakfast so worth the 30m walk out from the hotel!"
