「This place was about what we expected. There was no paddles for kayak. Deck by the canal was unsafe. The bed was decent, shower was hot toilet flushed and laundry worked. Overall I would stay again for the value.」

「I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help.
