「Crossways is a gem of a hotel with wonderful views of Glastonbury Tor and the surrounding countryside. The beds are comfortable and Internet access is very good. Everywhere is very clean and the staff are generally very good. There was just one morning when the staff lost track of who still needed to order their breakfasts. Talking of tracks the road to the hotel from Pilton is single track but it is worth the care needed to get there.」

「Staff and welcome - superb, friendly and efficient at all times - absolutely faultless. Room and premises - welcoming, clean and very comfortable. Food, breakfast and dinner - the Continental Breakfast was excellent and very nicely presented. We also had dinner in the bar/restaurant and that was good, well-presented and delicious. Parking - there is no parking but we simply used a nearby Morrisons and paid a modest price for parking there using the JustPark app. All in all, superb, we will...

「Decent property for a single night stay with a family. Hard to find in the dark and no parking, though on-street parking and car parks are available locally. Three bedrooms with a small kitchen and wet room. Nowhere specific to eat as a family but small tables in each room were fine. Had to phone on the day to get the key code. This could be made more obvious - or the owner could communicate more proactively. 」

「The property was absolutely lovely. Perfect for what I was looking for. Close to the main town of Glastonbury as it took a short drive to get there. The accommodation was very clean. Towels and linen provided and kitchen equipment was very good. Bed was very comfy and I loved the lighting in there. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend and when I go back I would love to stay there again 」
