「The staff were very nice. They tried to accommodate us. However we felt did not feel comfortable. We picked this location based on reviews on multiple sites. 「Very poor service, I was travelling with foreign colleagues, front desk person Gajanand kept on insisting to show US visa of my colleagues instead of Indian visa, passport etc, clear lack of trained staff, no in room amenities provided unless asked, air conditions doesn’t work properly & breakfast spread has limited options & was in unhygienic condition. Definitely my first & last visit to this property, doesn’t live up to a standard of 3 star hotel.」
