"Would not recommend. Not sure when the room was actually “cleaned”. There was so much garbage under the bed, it was unreal. Chicken bones, food wrappers. Pills, etc. front desk staff could not have been anymore unfriendly. "

"There was ants on my bed. I took a video of it and went down to speak to the staff member at the front desk who said the manager was at a different property. I specifically asked for the manager to call me, but I didn’t hear anything. Disappointing. "

"We had a non functioning hot water handle in the bathroom. The engineer couldn’t budge it without a wrench! So we didn’t have use of that but the hotel was trying to be accommodating except they couldn’t give a discount or comp because we booked through a 3rd party! If only I knew! I won’t be using hotel.com because there’s very little that could be done except through them and there wasn’t an easy way to get in touch with them so it probably went unreported! Don’t want to say never again but this has soured us on using any other or this, 3rd party service."
