「Un ÉNORME MERCI au jeune homme qui a attendu notre arrivée tardive imprévue (plus de minuit !) alors que nous aurions dû arriver autour de 19H ! Aimable, gentil et efficace !!! Une belle et immense résidence ! les chambres sont grandes, la propreté et le calme parfaits ! Stationnement fermé et sécurisé pour nos motos (ou pour votre voiture !). 「The hotel is in a great location in central Tirano. The rooms are bright, spotlessly clean and very comfortable - with unique neon signs over the beds. There are a few spots onsite to park and I was able to get one of those. Alessia on reception is extremely efficient and also very friendly. You get breakfast in a restaurant a short walk away. The breakfast is fine but I suggest cheese is served away from the meat for vegetarians like me. We had lunch and dinner in the restaurant also. The...

「Wonderful hotel run by wonderful people. This is the second time that I stay here: Last Summer they rented me a bike for free and I went all around Lake Iseo; this year they offered me a discounted ticket for the famous spa, which is the town’s main attraction. It was a pleasure to talk with the owner of the hotel and share stories with him. And it is always amazing to admire and taste the huge variety of cakes being offered for breakfast. 「A hidden gem! The hotel and surrounding area is very charming! Andrea is a great host and the attention he gave to every detail in his place is just amazing. He is very kind and very helpful.
