Hospitality in this hotel is unmatched! It's the place for me from now on if I ever happen to come to Alacati again. It's clean, very close to the hype though not exposed to the noise or anything negative related to it, breakfast is yummy, smooth availability of the promised amenities like WiFi etc, last but not the least is the cheerful staff. I couldn't have asked for more 🙏

Die Lage war perfekt zu der bekannten Straße in Alacati das Personal war super nett zuvorkommen und hilfsbereit würde dieses Hotel definitiv weiter empfehlen und auch nochmals besuchen

İki ayrı yataklı odada kaldık. Odanın biraz küçük olmasından dolayı yatak araları çok yakındı. Şampuan ve vücut kremleri çok iyi değildi. Konum olarak iyi bir yerdeydi. Park konusunda oteldeki arkadaşlar yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltısı da güzeldi. Tercih edilebilecek bir yer, tavsiye edebilirim.

Ortalama altı bir deneyim

Öncelikle olumlu tarafının temizlik olduğunu söyleyeyim. Fiyat olarak da kişi başı nispeten uygun bi fiyata kaldık ancak iki kişilik ve çok küçük bir odada kaldığımızı belirtmek lazım. Alaçatı şartlarında odanın küçük olmasını anlıyorum ama iki kişilik odanın dizaynı için alan daha verimli kullanılabilirdi. Buzdolabı yeterli soğukluğa sahip değildi ve sorduğumuzda buzluklarının olmadığını söylediler. 4 gencin çalıştığı tam bir patron işletmesiydi. Çalışanlar kibardı ancak hiç güleryüz görmedik. Otel sahibinin de bir kere selam verdiğini görmedim. Kahvaltısı aşırı yetersizdi. Bahçede sıcağın altında kahvaltı ederken azıcık karpuz ya da yeşillik görmek istiyor insan. Bir kere bahçedeki klimayı açtırdık onda da bize gelmedi zaten hava. Son gün klimayı sökmüşlerdi, nedenini çalışan da bilmiyordu. Dayanamayıp son iki gün dışarıda yaptık kahvaltıyı. Kahvaltı seçeneğini çeşitlendirilip en azından bazı seçenekler ücretli yapılabilir. Böylece konaklayanlar bu kötü ve kuru kahvaltıya mahkum olmaz. Benim en çok takıldığım ve sinirlendiğim şey ise otele girişte de çıkışta da eşyalarımızın taşınmasına yardım edilmemesi oldu. Eşyamız çoktu ve özellikle çıkış yaptığımız gün zorlandığımızı görmelerine rağmen çalışanlar bizi izledi. Bir de otopark meselesi var. Burayı tercih etmemin en önemli nedenlerinden biri otoparkı olmasıydı. Ancak geldiğiniz zaman otelin önü doluysa hiçbir şey yapamıyolar ve sokak sokak dolaşmak ya da ücretli bir otoparka park etmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz.

Leider wurden die Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Im Bad waren Dusche, Waschbecken und Amaturen mit Kalkflecken versehen. Leider kommt ein verschmutztes WC bei Anreise hinzu. Auch im frischen Bett lagen Haare und auf dem Boden alte Kassenbons von vorherigen Gästen. Handtücher wurden auch nicht ausgetauscht. Der Hotelföhn ist nicht zu empfehlen und auch beim Schließen der Türen muss man aufpassen, dass man die Türklinken nicht in der Hand hat. Das Frühstück war okay, nur gab es jeden Tag dasselbe: Brot, gekochte Eier, Butter, Honig, Marmelade, scharfer Aufstrich, Nussaufstrich, Käse und Tomaten mit Gurken. Kaffee, Omlett oder andere Wünsche kosten Aufpreis. Die Lage des Hotels war super, das Personal nett bei Ansprache. Der Preis war super, leider muss hier definitiv am Thema Sauberkeit gearbeitet werden.

Otele girer girmez hem temizlik hem karşılaştığımız güler yüzlü karşılama sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Her şey çok güzeldi. Neslihan Hanım ve diğer çalışanlar tatilimizle ilgili her ihtiyacımızda bizlere yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Otelin konumu da ayrıca harika. Alaçatı merkeze, taksi durağına, marketlere vs. çok yakın olduğunuz gibi gece sessizlik içinde uyumanız da mümkün. Alaçatı planı yapan herkese burada kalmasını tavsiye ettiğim bir deneyim oldu.
