Bir kaç kötü yorum görmüştüm ama iyi ki önemsemeyip gitmişiz resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok güleryüzlüydü her konuda yardımcı oldu odalar temizdi sadece duşta sıcak su sorunu vardı ama ılıktı sorun etmedik havuzu kahvaltısı da güzeldi. Memnun kalarak ayrıldık:)

Kapıda karşılama, güler yüz, temizlik ve sakinlik. Çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde. Hepsi bir arada. Oldukça memnun kaldık. İkiz kızlar var resepsiyonda. Biri başörtülü biri değil. Güleryüz ve tatlı dille bizde olumlu izlenim bıraktılar. Eşim herkesi sevmez ama bu kızları sevdi. Sırf onlar için yorum yazmamı istedi. Allah müşterilerini bol etsin.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Nous avons été déçu car la description sur le site n’est pas conforme à la réalité. Dès notre arrivée, le genre de dans le jardin de la chambre, il y avait des serviettes sales posées sur la chaise plein des detritus sur l’herbe. un groupe de clients s’était accaparer l’hôtel au niveau de la piscine mais aussi le soir tu auras une soirée bien privative. En sortant de ma chambre. Je me retrouve avec des personnes sur l’herbe client de l’hôtel ou propriétaire ? Un tarif excessif pour cet hôtel médiocre.

Otelde büyük bir su problemi vardı asla yardımcı olunmadı oda değişikliği vs. Boş olmasına rağmen Yaz ayında akşam 5ten akşam 9 a kadar sadece soğuk su akıyordu yapılmasına rağmen en sıcak kısım bile ılıktı. Kahvaltı çok vasatın altında hastane kahvaltısı gibi fotoğraf paylaşıcam asla gitmeyin ve tatilinizi ziyan etmeyin bahçe katı dediği bodrum katı düz ayak değil ve kötü kokuyor

Yüksek Memnuniyet

Alaçatı merkeze yakın olması(7 dk), fiyat olarak diğer hotellere göre bir nebze daha uygun olması ve genel olarak işletmenin yine diğer butik hotellere göre daha güzel görünüşe olması sebebi ile çift olarak burayı tercih etmiştik. Beklentilerimizi fazlası ile karşıladı. Oda boyutu butik hotel için gayet yeterliydi. En azından kapıdan girişte ufakta olsa bir koridor ile direkt odanın içinin gözükmesi engelleniyordu (oda yataktan ibaret olduğu için bu mahremiyet açısından önemli bir detay). Konfor olarak daha iyi olabilecekler arasında yastık sayısının arttırılması, duşakabinin tamir edilmesi gösterilebilir. Tuvalet, lavabo vs gayet temizdi sadece duşakabinin camı biraz kirli idi ancak çok problem değildi. Havuzlu olması çok güzeldi ayrıca havuz ve konaklama bölümlerinin ayrı olması ses ve görüntü açısından çok iyi düşünülmüştü. Kahvaltısı oldukça yeterliydi hatta sevdiğimiz ürünlerden sıkça ikram ettiler. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve anlayışlılardı bizi en çok etkileyen kısım bu oldu. Son gün uçağa yetişebilmemiz için ellerinden geleni yaptılar, önce bizim için uzun süre taksi aradılar bulamadıkları zaman ise kendileri bir araç bulup bizi yetiştirdiler gerçekten çok teşekkür ederiz tekrardan. Kesinlikle bir daha tercih edebileceğimiz bir işletme oldu. Tüm yorumumuz objektiftir, ilgilenenler bu yorumu kıstas alabilir.
