Hands down, one of my favorite hotels. From the moment we arrived, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. We ordered room service and enjoyed some of the best pasta we’ve had during our travels. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Even the soaps and lotions were exceptional—they smelled amazing and added a luxurious touch to the experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. It’s rare to find a property where every interaction leaves such a positive impression. The breakfast was spectacular, with a fantastic selection and high-quality offerings, and the pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind. This hotel gets everything right. The Da Vinci was a beautiful hotel to stay at for the week we were in Cesenatico. Everyone was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We loved the morning breakfasts in the formal dining room, appreciated the air conditioning in our room, and loved the massage that we had at the Spa. A memorable and lovely vacation.

Beautiful hotel and rooms in a beautiful location! Staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable, quite attentive; but language was a barrier at times (understable in a foreign country). Breakfast was fantastic. Spa was disappointing. Our first bedroom had power and cooling system issues, and we insisted on moving when issues were not fixed; however, we were not compensated for the inconvenience. Very walkable area with many good restaurant choices. I recommend this hotel for travelers.

This was a beautiful hotel as expected. Our only issue were the staff during breakfast. We wasn’t seated, we had to keep catching staff to ask for coffee etc (which we waited 30mins to receive!) it seems there were a lot of lower grade staff replenishing the food etc, but they were not allowed to deal with the customers, they were the most helpful tbh. But had to go ask their superiors each time we had a simple question. It was a shame as everything else was amazing.

Ottimo e unico albergo di qualità a Cesenatico. Non a caso è "gemello" dell'Hotel Palace di Milano Marittima - in termini di proprietà e gestione. Si tratta dell'unica e ottima soluzione per godersi la riviera romagnola, senza dover necessariamente uscire dalla struttura e finire in una classica realtà nazional-popolare ancora terribilmente ancorata alle vacanze da boom economico degli anni '60. Come ho già menzionato in struttura, varrebbe la pena aggiungere la macchinetta del caffè in ogni stanza e, se possibile, riscaldare un pò l'acqua della piscina all'aperto (anche in piena estate non è particolarmente piacevole). Infine - ma questo sarebbe di competenza dello stesso Comune di Cesenatico - si dovrebbe disinfestare dalle onnipresenti e cattivissime zanzare tutto il territorio circostante: vi rovinano inevitabilmente la vacanza!

Das Personal an der Receptioni ist unfreundlich und gar nicht hilsbereit. Im Zimmer hat es keine Kaffeemaschine und keinen Wasserkocher. Für ein 5sterne Hotel wäre das ein absoluter Muss.
