Roads around property in poor state of repair. excellent swimming pool. Food very good, but breakfast limited in scope. rooms in v good condition with air con. host speaks very little english but communication is possible and staff al very pleasant and helpful

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida settimana in questa struttura; bella posizione tranquilla con possibilità di raggiungere Roma in circa 40 minuti in auto o in treno e a circa 20 minuti dal lago di Bracciano. Stanze silenziose, accoglienti e pulite. Bellissima piscina e cibo ottimo. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili come anche tutto lo staff. La consigliamo a chi vuole trascorrere alcuni giorni di assoluto relax con la possibilità di visitare la capitale. Massimiliano e Monica.

This property advertised free wifi, but NO wifi was in any of the rooms. Also the heater for the room was controlled by the owner via a timer, which was only on for a couple of hours in the evening. We were freezing all night long. We would never stay or recommend this hotel. Expedia need to check on their hotel choices before offering them.

Struttura recente immersa nella campagna nei pressi di Cerveteri.Bello il posto per soggiornarvi,cordiali i gestori,risulta invece un po’ scomodo per chi intende spostarsi a visitare i numerosi luoghi d’interesse,in quanto le strade che attraversano la campagna sono molto strette.
