「Breakfast was a full tico style breakfast and the service was excellent. There are trains running nearby so a little noise but that’s probably everywhere in this neighborhood. I highly recommend. Great value for the price. 」

「Although this place is very basic, with essebtially no electricity or service and we werent able to complete the second half pf our rafting due to heavy rains, wr loved this place. It was exactly what we expected. We stayed two nights, and brought snacks and just took in nature. The two waterfalls we were taken to were awesome,. Especially day 2. So many beautiful bird's. Bring a Headlamp, bug spray and a deck of cards or a book!」

「The hotel was built in the early 1900’s. Well restored and old time charm is evident throughout. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast was complete and delicious. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean despite its age. My room was well appointed and quiet」
