「There was an issue with my booking when I arrived. When the staff couldn't help me, they contacted the owner who quickly arrived from another location to help. She was able to find the issue. Due to confusion they didn't have a room available but she was very nice to help me find another hotel she took me to a number of them that I was able to look around and find one that I liked. 「Our stay at Arennas was great but it was made so memorable by the staff. Everyone was so personable, welcoming and the service was great. A special shoutout to Willy, Diego, Gary and Alejandro for talking such great care of us! The room was very large and the pool and beach area was perfect for lounging. The 24/7 security made us feel at ease and they even helped us when we were being overcharged by a vendor on the beach.」

「it doesn’t look as nice as the pictures at all. The room is unpleasant to be in.
The patio is fenced. and faces the stairs to enter the building so everytime someone goes in and out the look right info the bedroom.
NO WIFI in room.
also, there is a big TV but there’s no Wi-Fi so you can’t watch anything
also the is a bright led light on the patio that cannot be turned off and attract flies and shines into the bed room and patio.
the communication was good. they put a huge jug of free...
