"I’ll start by mentioning I’m not a very picky individual, nor do I travel ‘bougie,’ but this hotel was a very nice stay.
Pros:
• hot running water (my first time showering I waited a few minutes for the water to heat then it was good to go.)
• WiFi
• walkable distance to many popular attractions
• laundry service
• rooftop access
• 24/7 access to tea station
• elevator & stairs
• airport shuttle service (10/10)
Cons:
• the buffet could offer more variety
• the window in my bathroom wouldn’t lock!"
"Great hotel, centrally located, rooms are clean and well equipped. Staff reached out and provided transportation from the airport to the hotel, which was very helpful. Breakfast was provided."
"We recently stayed at Stardome Hotel to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay. The views are absolutely breathtaking — truly the kind that stay with you long after you leave.
Our room was beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable.
What touched us most was the wonderful birthday surprise: a cake and a bottle of champagne. Such a thoughtful gesture made the celebration even more meaningful.
Thank you for making this day so special. We can’t wait to return!
Keep in mind that the closest town is about 15 minutes away by car on a winding mountainous road. It’s better to buy everything you might need (sunscreen, medications, snacks etc.) in advance. You can buy drinks, including wine and hard liquor in the restaurant, but no shops or pharmacy are available at the vicinity.
The territory of the hotel may not be vast, but what it offered goes far beyond size. There is a rare serenity here, the kind that quiets your thoughts and allows you to truly rest."
"The rooms were nice and the staff was excellent. They called a taxi for our return to Cusco at a cheap price, it was a very nice taxi as well. The only complaint I have is that a lot of the linens and towels have stains on them. The staff said it was from a hair dye. Overall excellent!"
"Todo estuvo muy lindo , limpio y cómodo , un agradecimiento especial a Ruth de recepción muy amable y atenta ,a Kelly por su atención en el restaurant con el desayuno siempre pendiete a lo que requeríamos y también a Juan Andrés del restaurant , en conclusión el hotel muy lindo con una arquitectura especial ."
