"A good no nonsense place to stay. It has all the necessities you need and a huge amount of choice for breakfast. The gardens around the property are nice and the pool would be a real bonus in the summer. The staff are friendly and the propietor spoke excellent English and was a really helpfull nice chap. I was very glad I found this and would stay again if in the area. I didnt know how to rate the Eco freindlyness as i dont know that, so a mid 3stars. "

"Great ovetnight stop for a motorcycle trip , supermarket 5 mins away , resturant was really nice , bar on site , only thing i would say is no cvtv in car park but bikes were fine as it is in really nice area "

"A pleasantly surprising stay in the Saumur/ Doué-la-Fontaine area of the Loire. This property while modern is a gem, we benefited from a comfortable clean and pleasant family room, with a window opening up onto their rear garden area. "Hébergement très propre mais rustique et minimaliste. En fait de chambres dans le château nous étions logés dans d’anciennes réserves dont le ravalement n’était même pas réalisé, les gouttière n’étaient pas raccordées et le jardin autour à l’état de terrain vague. Les chambres sont sans penderie, sans TV et sans Wifi mais avec une odeur d’écurie persistante. Le petit déjeuner s’est résumé à 2 madeleines pour 2 et pour 2jours.Ayant séjourné 2jours la chambre n’a pas été faite durant notre séjour"

"We were on a cycling trip. Check in was easy and the staff very helpful in locking away our bikes in a secure location. The beds were very comfortable and showers hot! Breakfast was standard continental with plenty of food available. Located a little out of town centre and surprisingly quiet. The rooms are in need of some minor maintenance but comfortable."
