"Amazing Hotel, New and breakfast is amazing. Close to the lake and Bled"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, the premises were clean and well maintained. The only one side for us was that overhead shower was not working, only the handheld one. Which is not a big issue but would’ve been nicer if both were working."

"I am not typically a fan of antiques and classic hotels but I liked this one. Sitting in the classic decor and looking out over the lake was a nice. We only had breakfast but the food prep and presentation were great. There seems to be a focus on dinning I thought from the food and the staff."

"The hotel is in a great location near the lake. The room was fine and had a balcony. The breakfast was good, as was dinner but you are advised to get there at 19.00 when it opens. The staff were mostly fine, it would have been nice to know about the extra costs for the sauna before getting to the wellness centre, the swimming pool was great though."

"The only great thing about this hotel are the views and the staff. It is very tired and the so called fabulous restaurant isn't even open for dinner. It is out of the way too. Nowhere ti sit and admire the views unless in the restaurant areas. How you describe it as exceptional is beyond me"
