「Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. 」

「I had a great stay at Hotel Milano Eleven! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. The overall vibe is wonderful, though I noticed that some areas could use a bit of a refresh/renovation. Also, while the room was generally clean, it could benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning in the corners and higher surfaces to keep the dust away. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I’d definitely stay here...

「The apartment was beautiful, clean and very modern. Everything was controlled through the app (or website) — including doors, curtains and ac — the kitchen had very clean and very new appliances, and they were available in WhatsApp all the time with a very quick response time. The doorman of the building was super nice too. Nothing to complain.」

「Location, train station across the street, great food choices and walking distance to most areas of interest….really downside is WIFI was TERRIBLE!!!! Dont rely on it while there. If you are on business you will have to go to cafe for better wifi to work in evening. BATHROOMS are TINY. My knees touched the wall while sitting on toilet.」
