Resort was exactly as described and we were pleased with our choice. The staff with very helpful and friendly and it was a great exoperience. Unfortunately on the down side there was building work next to the resort, so sitting in our villa or on the Beach was quite noisy. Also on the main Island there was a facility that produced a lot of smoke 24/7 and on some occasions the wind blew it onto the island and resort.

Wonderful place.....just beware hidden extras

Great resort. Lovely room, restaurant and beach. Such a shame its not clearly evident at the time you book that they will charge you 25 Euros a person for a 5 minute boat transfer. OK 50 Euros isn't much when compared to the cost of the hotel, but that's hardly the point. Hotels.com should make this clear before you book!

La vue gâche tout !

Séjour de 3 nuits en couple. Très bel établissement dans une belle végétation. Villa en bois de style coloniale, restaurant en bois ouvert sur l’océan. Bonne restauration, personnel très sympathique particulièrement Mme Valérie a l’accueil. Prêt de canoë bien pratique pour visiter le Parc marin. Aucun sentier pour se promener. Points négatifs : accès à la villa par une montée très très raide et les voiturettes étaient en panne. Baignoire balneo qui ne fonctionnait pas dans aucune chambre car changement d’installation mais la clientèle n’est pas prévenue. Et enfin et surtout une vue HORRIBLE sur la zone industrielle PROVIDENCE avec d’énormes cheminées crachant de la fumée en permanence et selon le vent une odeur désagréable. Quel dommage !!! Je ne comprends pas que personne n’en est jamais parlé dans les avis.

Stora fina rum

Enast 10 minuter med båt från Mahe. Båten går från Eden Island, Bungalowen är mycket rymliga med härligt utedusch och stor terrass. Endast 2 hus med sjöutsikt och 2 med delvis utsikt. Familjehusen har alla fin sjöutsikt. Mycket backigt att ta sig till sitt boende men de skjutsar om man önskar. Snorklingrev utanför ön, de har även egen båt de kan skjuts till snorkling vid andra ställen. Nära till Moyenne ö där många sköldpaddor finns.

Die Lage des Hotels in der wunderschönen Umgebung ist perfekt, um schnorcheln oder Kayak fahren zu gehen. Die Ruhe ist herrlich entspannend. Sehr gut hat uns der Service gefallen: das Personal, besonders an der Rezeption, war äußerst hilfsbereit! Danke!

Fantastic place to unwind

I stayed 3 nights at the Cerf Island Resort and left with a big smile. The service level is very high and the staff is helpful and caring. The rooms/cabins are very big and loved the semi outdoors bathroom. I was positively surprised by the standard of the room. The breakfast was extraordinary, as well as lunch and dinner. It is worth a visit and I would for sure spend more nights there if I am back in Seychelles. Clean 10/10!

The place and the service on top quality! The rooms are very big and very comfortable. The area is huge so it is hard to jumo on other tourists, unless in rhe restaurant or swimming pool. Definately I will be coming back!

Perfect place for an idyllic getaway

Amazing location and an extremely helpful staff - especially Prakash and Shubham. They went out of their way to arrange a wonderful experience for our wedding anniversary. Wish we could have stayed longer. The expansive villa allotted to us had amazing views of the ocean. We had a great time here that will be forever etched in our memories!

Great place for families or couples

We had a wonderful stay here. The snorkelling was outstanding, like swimming in a fish tank. We were in a two room suite which had loads of space for our family of 4 and a great balcony where we could sit out. The two pools were a welcome place to relax. The catering was good. We have perhaps had better but it is difficult to say what they could have done in practical terms to improve it. The staff are quite simply excellent.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Lage und Umgebung sind einfach traumhaft. Man hat die Möglichkeit zu schnorcheln, mit dem Kanu die Insel zu umrunden oder durch den Dschungel zu wandern. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind rundum bemüht und überaus freundlich. Diesen paradiesischen Aufnethalt kann ich nur empfehlen!

Schöne Anlage, aber das Essen ist nicht 4* würdig

Das Cerf Island Resort liegt auf einer kleinen Insel. Der Transfer per Taxi und Boot vom Flughafen war gut organisiert und sehr schnell. Check-In hat wunderbar geklappt, das Personal ist stets freundlich und auch die Anlage ist sehr schön - der Strand jedoch relativ klein! Die Zimmer bzw. Villen sind ein absolut Highlight - insbesondere das Badezimmer. Jetzt kommt leider das große ABER: Frühstück und insbesondere das Abendessen sind weit davon entfernt, was man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten könnte... Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist in Ordnung, es können Eierspeisen, Crepes, Porridge (ohne Zusatzkosten) bestellt werden. Heißgetränke außer Filterkaffee und Tee kosten extra. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist leider nicht sehr schön angerichtet, Obst ist mit Plastikschüsseln abgedeckt, bei Marmelade und Aufstrichen muss der Gast jedes mal selbst die Frischhaltefolie entfernen und wieder drauf machen... Das Abendessen war für uns eine absolute Enttäuschung. Angerichtet ist das Ganze als Buffett. Nicht schön, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Einmal gab es einen "Creole-Abend" und einmal "Fish Market". Beides war keine Offenbarung, aber in Ordnung. Leider meint das Hotel bzw. der Koch aber auch verschiedene Themenabende wie zum Beispiel "Italian", "International" veranstalten zu müssen, die eine Beleidigung für die jeweilige Küche sind. Das "Highlight" war kleingeschnittene Pizza Hawaii aus einem silbernen Warmhaltebehälter am Buffett. Zudem wirkte das Personal beim Abendessen überfordert.

Très bon accueil. Personnel qui manque de professionnalisme mais compense par sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Le matériel mis à disposition n est pas en très bon état (1 pédalo sur 3 en état). Impossible de regarder la TV (neige permanente sur l image).

Magnifique hôtel

Nous avons séjourné 7 nuits au Cerf Island. Les villas sont éparpillés dans la végétation,c'est très calme, elles sont très propres. Le jour de l'arrivée on vous fait découvrir le point le plus haut avec une vue Magnifique sur Victoria, de l'autre côté vous avez St Anne et les autres petites îles. Le personnel est à vos petits soins. Lors des repas les serveurs, cuisinier viennent vous demander si cela se passe bien et si vous êtes satisfait de la qualité des repas. Tout le personnel est attentionné. Vous avez des canoë à disposition pour faire le tour de L'ile et vous rendre sur les autres îles aux alentours.. Vous avez également une navette de bateau qui dessert Victoria 2 fois par jour ( gratuit) Je recommande cet hôtel,nous sommes très satisfait de ce séjour.

A Memorable Stay

The room and service is fantastic. The food is average, the internet connection is very limited. The hotel is located in a remote island with a little nice beach, two swimming pool, amazing ocean view for whatever the place you are at on the island. The hotel only have 24 very private house located in the heart of forest , from the window the green and and ocean are all over your face. The room is very large, the washroom is even bigger, with double sided jacuzzi, outside shower, it is so comfortable and relaxing. The stuff is supper friendly, they also go above and beyond to arrange your itinerary for you. The front desk stuff is supper nice, particularly the young handsome east India fellow, he is very resourceful and helpful. Compared with the nice room and service, the food is just about average, and the internet connection is not that great. All and all, I really enjoyed my stay here, I wish I could spent more time...
