「We picked this hotel based on the excellent past reviews. Unfortunately we got the last room which was small and a few meters from the railway. Every time the train goes by (starting very early in the morning) the room shakes as if an earthquake is coming. Add the noise from the train and the nearby church bells going off until late at night and you will get the perfect sleepless night. The photo shows rooms that face away from the railway and I have to assume most rooms are like that, but I...

「A very charming osteria / hotel in a hillside location. The route up was not for the faint hearted - narrow road with lots of switchback turns, but worth it. The room was modest, but with lovely terrace with mountain views. Evening menu was limited but food was excellent, followed by very pleasant walk around the quaint village. Overall, quite pricey but very relaxing overnight stay. 」

「There is nobody on site. Since Hotels.com is not providing the phone number of the hotel, we had to find it ourselves. Basically the person is giving you online where to get the key ! There is no breakfast including as it is stated in the ad, moreover, there is no spa as stated in the ad. I would have probably not choosen this hotel if I had know this before booking」
