When enter the room on 5th floor, the room type is not the one I book, the room wz Prague Castle view！And then go to the front counter to change the room on 9th flooor. 「A very good hotel with excellent hospitability. The staff are very friendly, nice and helpful. They try to cater your needs as far as possible. In particular, I like the lady, who prepares the breaskfast in the early morning, very much. She is cheerful, polite and always welcome the guests with warm smile.
