"Roberta goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable and welcome. The room was beautiful and quiet. Her breakfast included dozens of options for food and she even took orders from a menu, which she then immediately cooks, such as different kinds of crepes. They were wonderful. She is also a very caring person and seems to love what she does for her guests.The location is also just off the main shopping and tourist area. "We really liked the size of the room and space we had. Alfredo on the front desk checked us in and gave us some recommendations for dining etc. he was very nice and helpful, but I’m not sure the other front desk person was as tolerant or enjoyed her job when we dealt with her. Breakfast was a reasonable selection. Busy with a large group when we were there. Happy with the location across from the Bellini gardens and access to many eating places and shopping. We did an Etna tour and pick up was out front of the building, so very convenient. The price for our stay was good."
