"We appreciated the affordable stay in cabins overlooking the canyon. An easy 90 minute hike along the rim got us to the park with more views. As well, a 5 min walk a paragliding location. For those without vehicles, we could access public transportation to Aratoca then hire a taxi. Enrique arranged a ride back to the highway where we waved down a bus. "The property manager doesn’t have good hospitality skills , was very rude when I came to ask about the jacuzzi and internet none of them work telling if I want ed a working jacuzzi and WiFi I had to pay extra to get transfer to an other cabin , when I had already booked the deluxe cabin with everything included and was charge weeks before arrive to the place , after that the view is beautiful "

The pool was refreshing and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What impressed me the most was the exceptional service. As a solo traveler who does not speak English, she went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed and safe and even taking the time to talk with me and make sure I ate. "Great location at the top of the hill. The property is lovely- small pool, outdoor dining patio, hammocks under a covered portion, and private tables near rooms. The room was huge— hot showers, a ceiling fan, and a very comfortable bed made the stay sublime. The staff are amazing and breakfast is delish. "

"The bedroom had the tiniest roll of toilet paper we had a 4 night stay and had to keep asking for toilet paper. The room keys would get deactivated so we would go to our room on the 3rd floor then had to walk all the way down to the lobby to get it reactivated.That was a hassle . The hotel has no elevator so be prepared t walk up the stairs . Nobody offered us to help with our luggage . Rooms are very hot inside . At least there was a fan . Online the hotel gives a price then They charged us 5% to use a credit card. Even at the restaurant there was an additional fee for using a card . The room service stole my personal towel . I told the front desk and they said they had to wait until the next day to ask the room service person . Overall beautiful hotel with a pool the service at the pool / bar was great but there were several things they should correct !"
